The three basic components and characteristics of LCD liquid crystal:

 

  1. Glass substrate

 

A thin glass sheet produced by the float method with an extremely flat surface. A layer of Zn203 or Sn02 transparent conductive layer, that is, an ITO film layer, is evaporated on the surface. After processing, it is made into a transparent conductive pattern. If it is scratched, cut or corroded, it will cause a vacuum The device is scrapped.

 

  1. Liquid crystal material

 

The liquid crystal material is the main body of the liquid crystal display. Different devices use different liquid crystal materials. Most of the liquid crystal materials are composed of several or even more than a dozen single liquid crystal materials.

 

  1. Polarizer

 

The polarizer is also called polarized light. It is made of plastic film material, coated with a layer of optical pressure sensitive adhesive, which can be pasted on the surface of the liquid crystal cell. There is also a protective film on the surface of the front polarizer, which should be removed when using it. The polarizer is afraid of high temperature , high humidity, it will depolarize or foam under high temperature or high humidity conditions.
