1.4 Inch Square Display Overview
ET014SQ01-R is a 1.4-inch diagonal square TFT LCD display with a 128×128 resolution, featuring a CPU interface. The display operates in transmissive mode and provides an active area of 25.25(W)×25.25(H) mm, with an outline dimension of 30.5(W)×33.22(H) mm. ET014SQ01-R delivers a typical brightness of 200 cd/m² and supports viewing angles of 45° left/right, 45° up, and 30° down (L/R/U/D). It is designed for reliable operation over a temperature range of –20 °C to 70 °C and storage from –30 °C to 80 °C. This model does not include touch functionality.
