ET015SQ01-TV is a 1.5-inch diagonal square monochrome OLED micro display, featuring a 128×128 resolution and supporting CPU/SPI interfaces. As a self-emitting OLED display, it operates without a backlight and provides wide viewing angles of 80° in all directions (L/R/U/D). The display features an active area of 26.855(W)×26.864(H) mm and an outline size of 33.8(W)×34(H) mm. ET015SQ01-TV delivers a typical brightness of 90 cd/m² and is designed for wide-temperature operation from –30 °C to 70 °C, with storage capability from –40 °C to 80 °C. This model does not include touch functionality.
