TM097TDHG04-00 is a 9.7 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen with a built-in WLED backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen. TM097TDHG04-00 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 196.608(W)×147.456(H) mm, outline size of 210.2(W)×166.3(H)×5.85(D) mm, viewing area size of 200.91(W)×152.27(H) mm, with surface treament of Clear, net weight of 200g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, TM097TDHG04-00 can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/60/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 20/25 (Typ./Max.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 6S6P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM097TDHG04-00 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
