1.5 Inch Square Display Overview
ET015SQ01-R is a 1.5-inch diagonal square TFT LCD display featuring a 240×240 resolution and supporting an SPI interface. The display operates in transmissive mode and provides an active area of 27.72(W)×27.72(H) mm, with an outline size of 31.52(W)×33.72(H) mm. ET015SQ01-R delivers a high typical brightness of 500 cd/m² and offers wide viewing angles of 85° in all directions (L/R/U/D). It is designed for reliable operation over a temperature range of –20 °C to 70 °C and storage from –30 °C to 80 °C. This model does not include touch functionality.
