COM30T3N64ZLG Overview
COM30T3N64ZLG is a 3.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen, with a built-in WLED backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen. COM30T3N64ZLG supports display 320(RGB)×240 (QVGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Delta. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 60(W)×45(H) mm, outline size of 70.2(W)×51.4(H)×2.2(D) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (3H), net weight of 18.0g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, COM30T3N64ZLG can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 700:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/50/70 (Min.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 40/60 (Max.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors. This product adopted 3S1P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. COM30T3N64ZLG utilizes Serial RGB (8-bit) + SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 41 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 1.8/3.3V (Typ.)(VDDIO/VDD).
