ET051PM01-TS supports a resolution of 240×128 with a flat rectangular form factor. It features an active area of 114(W)×64(H) mm, a viewing area of 107.95(W)×57.55(H) mm, an outline dimension of 144(W)×104(H) mm, and a maximum depth of 12.5 mm. ET051PM01-TS utilizes a transmissive polarizer and supports a yellow/green positive monochrome display, with an optimal viewing direction at 6 o'clock. The module is equipped with an RA6963 controller and adopts COB bonding technology for reliable display integration. It features a WLED backlight and a 22-pin CPU interface for signal transmission, providing a practical display solution for embedded systems. The module does not include a touch panel and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, with a storage temperature range of -30°C to 80°C. ET051PM01-TS is suitable for measuring rangefinders, handheld instruments, PDAs, and other applications requiring a monochrome LCD display.
